Job Summary:

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team and contribute to the success of our bar operations. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

2. Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously.

3. Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring all equipment is in working order. Follow hygiene and safety standards.

4. Cash Handling: Handle cash, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Ensure that all financial transactions are completed with precision.

5. Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the bar menu, including drink offerings, ingredients, and pricing. Share this information with guests and answer any questions they may have.

6. Responsible Service: Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, including checking the age of customers and refusing service to intoxicated individuals when necessary.

7. Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring and managing bar inventory, including restocking and reporting low stock levels to the Bar Manager.

8. Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area, including barware and equipment, is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Comply with health and safety regulations.

9. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere. Encourage guests to return to the bar.

10. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow bartenders, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and a willingness to learn and improve mixology skills.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws and regulations is a plus.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
