Scope of the Role:

Customer Care Executive will ensure that all guests who stay with SaffronStays are satisfied with their experience. Core functions include customer satisfaction, quick resolution of any customer issues, Feedback and reviews from all guests and continuous customer engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the SPOC for the customer post-booking confirmation
  • Resolve any customer issues post-booking confirmation
  • Coordinate with guests for feedback and reviews
  • Will have to cross-sell and up-sell the product to the possible customers

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to foster relationships with customers
  • Problem-solving skills
