Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued US/UK customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s positive reputation and fostering customer satisfaction. Respond to US/UK customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions or guidance to resolve problems effectively.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and address their questions effectively.

Problem Solving: Analyze complex situations, think critically, and adapt solutions to meet individual customer needs while adhering to company guidelines.

Empathy and Patience: Display empathy and patience while interacting with customers, showing understanding and compassion to build trust and rapport.

Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues that require further attention, and relay customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

Pay: ₹10,840.51 - ₹34,347.93 per month
