Candidate needs to be familiar with Cyber security operation process documentation

Independent capability to draft cyber security processes from scratch
Strong understanding of ITSM and ability to apply ITSM knowledge for process development and drafting
Strong understand of typical tools and technologies used in Cyber security operations
Ability to understand the current process to implement and manage cyber security tools from operation standpoint and improvise and draft them accordingly
Ability to understand the current process to investigate suspicious activities, contain and prevent them. Improvise and draft them accordingly.
Ability to understand over security strategy, business continuity objectives and ensure processes are drafted to ensure efficacy and reduced downtime
Define RACI, workflow, interaction model, swimlane diagrams as part of the documentation
The consultant should be able to understand and draft current interaction model and workflow between platform owners and Cyber security centre professionals
The consultant should strong interpersonal skills with fluent in English verbal and writing skills
