At least 15 years of experience as an hands on implementor of complex integration logic involving multiple systems in a BFSI setup by driving it from Architecture to delivery and deployment.
Should be a Individual contributor who does coding, testing, deployment and performance engineering.
Should be aware of the various enterprise integration patterns and where to apply them given the situational requirement that may change over the evolution of the project.
Should be hands on in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, API Gateways, various middleware tools, BPM, databases and security framework implementations.
Should have hands on working knowledge on Unix based OS and cloud integrations.
Should be able to visualize the complete picture and deliver to the stakeholders with quality
Should be able to lead a team of developers in an distributed, highly agile, fast paced environment with short timelines
