This role is responsible for developing, refining and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain highly qualified senior talent across all the businesses. Candidate will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and robust recruitment process for all managerial leadership positions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Managing team effectively
  • Meet set targets as per recruitment plan
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting, sourcing channel development, recruitment campaign planning etc
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA/PG in HR.

8-10yrs years of experience in similar role, proven experience and track record of being part of large recruitment organizations.
