As the General Manager of Clarks Inn Suites, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the success of our brand-new 70-room hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire performance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of service excellence among the team.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold Clarks Hotels & Resorts’ standards of service excellence
• Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee growth and development
• Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and marketing
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and operational procedures
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

???? Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or luxury hotels
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial success
• Deep understanding of guest service principles and market dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
