Position: Guest Relations Manager

Supervises: Guest Relations Executives (GRE)

Job Purpose Summary:

Assist the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the restaurant through networking
Being proactive, prompt and professional towards all guests
Creating, building and strengthening relationships by being the primary point of contact thereby enabling a memorable dining experiences for all guests.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong adherence to Time management, maintenance of service standards and attention to detail.
A good understanding of operational and financial needs as well as experience in guest profiling and recognition.

Job qualifications / Minimum Requirement:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ previous experience in a similar position, within a fast-paced environment.
Hospitality Management School Diploma or equivalent.
