Position: Guest Relations Manager

Supervises: Guest Relations Executives (GRE)

Job Purpose Summary:

  • Assist the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the restaurant through networking
  • Being proactive, prompt and professional towards all guests
  • Creating, building and strengthening relationships by being the primary point of contact thereby enabling a memorable dining experiences for all guests.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong adherence to Time management, maintenance of service standards and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of operational and financial needs as well as experience in guest profiling and recognition.

Job qualifications / Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ previous experience in a similar position, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality Management School Diploma or equivalent.
