Responsible for providing HR services/support for managers, including performance management support, Workday assistance to managers and employee’s, implementation of new additions on Workday, helping in the escalation of employee policy issues, MIS – preparation of reports at business level and presenting analysis’s / other findings. Having good knowledge on Workday and HANA – reporting tool.

Knowledge on labour laws to manage 10 different states compliances in India, Liaison with labour authorities and managing inspections and audits, policy/guideline interpretation, implementation of changes, acquisitions, workforce balancing support to business, etc.

Responsible for managing retirals and EPF end to end operations and EPF vendor relations/partnerships, implementing changes, building professional relations with EPFO officials to manage the escalations and utilization onsite PF SPOC for PF awareness sessions.

Responsible for development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to workday/benefits/HR policies, all employee communication, preparation of presentations for HR representations internal / external.

Responsible for development, implementing, and administering compensation and/or benefits programs within the organization; typical assignments may include assessing competitive practices and organization’s competitive position for specific programs, developing recommendations for actions or programs, preparing reports and recommendations related to programs.

Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives ? Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. (MBA in HR stream will get more preference)

Typically, 6-7 Years Relevant Experience, Preferred From IT-ITE’s.

Requires good hands-on HANA, Workday, Labour department portals, LRM tool- compliance tool, excel, Power point presentation, good drafting skills and presentation skills.
