Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Ambala, Onsite Experience: 5+ years

Wellness extract is looking for an HR Generalist specializing in IT Recruitment. As a HR Generalist for Wellness Extract in Ambala, you will be crucial in driving the human resources functions to support the organization’s growth; your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment process with expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in technical roles.
  • Candidates must have been experienced in IT Sector hiring.
  • Implement and oversee career development programs to enhance employee skills and promote internal mobility.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance appraisals.
  • Implement and maintain employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall job satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and providing conflict resolution support.
  • Work closely with management to identify and address performance issues proactively.
  • Assess training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and Compliance and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee perks.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefit-related queries and issues.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key HR metrics to senior management.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to streamline HR processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR system.
  • Promote and support employee wellness initiatives to enhance the overall well-being of the workforce.
  • Person should should have strong experience in Payroll Management
Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the technology field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, c++, Java, node JS, python, etc. specialized hiring.
  • Reliable and swift decision-making skills.
  • A Strong understanding of computer software, such as word processors and applicant tracking software (ATS).
