Job DescriptionResponsible for:Agent RecruitmentAgent DevelopmentMeet Business targetsCustomer CentricityDeliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
  • Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
  • Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
  • Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
  • Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
  • Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
  • Track customer proposals through to conversion
RequirementsAge 24-38 years
  • Graduate(10+2+3)
  • Presently working
  • 2 years of field sales experience
  • Staying in the same city for more than 2 years
  • Good stability.
  • Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.
