Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect and 3D Visualizer in Bhopal.

The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting with creating, implementing, and designing architectural plans and blueprints for a variety of buildings and structures. They will be expected to work with architects, clients, and other professionals to create sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, while ensuring that the designs meet the budgetary, zoning, and safety requirements.

The 3D visualizer will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into stunning and realistic visual representations. They will be expected to work with architects, designers and clients to create visualizations that communicate the essence of our projects.

Qualifications for Junior Architect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Strong understanding of design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques and processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, ability to think creatively, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively under changing conditions

Qualifications for 3D-Visualizer

  • A Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Design or related field is preferred, however, candidates with equivalent experience or specialized training can also apply.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering softwares such as 3Ds Max, Sketch-up, V-Ray and Lumion.
  • Knowledge of Lighting techniques, material application and texture mapping to achieve realistic visualizations.
