Key Responsibilities:

Customer Marketing

  • Working with Marketing team and Sales team to ensure the brand is effectively present across
General Trade & Modern Trade outlets

  • Acting as a bridge between the Brand & Sales team to ensure seamless customer marketing
activities for offline sales channel partners

  • Continuously monitoring, assess, and meet requirements of the Field Sales team to reinforce the
brand in the market for existing products as well as new launches

  • Planning and executing in-store communication in the form of point-of-sale-marketing (POSM)
and ensuring effective POSM execution in the market

  • Procurement & Distribution of all POSM material – including vendor management
  • Measuring impact of in-store activations and visibility
Digital Marketing

  • Assisting with building the brand in export markets in the
form of digital marketing campaigns (social media, performance ads)

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms, monitor engagement, and
interact with the audience to build a strong online community.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engine
marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Indian trade channels, retail environments, and market dynamics.
