Key Responsibilities:
Customer Marketing
- Working with Marketing team and Sales team to ensure the brand is effectively present across
- Acting as a bridge between the Brand & Sales team to ensure seamless customer marketing
- Continuously monitoring, assess, and meet requirements of the Field Sales team to reinforce the
- Planning and executing in-store communication in the form of point-of-sale-marketing (POSM)
- Procurement & Distribution of all POSM material – including vendor management
- Measuring impact of in-store activations and visibility
- Assisting with building the brand in export markets in the
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms, monitor engagement, and
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engine
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indian trade channels, retail environments, and market dynamics.
