The role will be on the payroll of PERSOLKELLY for a period of 1 yr renewable on performance basis

Budget: 6 LPA max basis experience

Location: Sahar Plaza, Andheri, Mumbai. WFH at the moment

About this opportunity

The Marketing Specialist profile is for an ambitious & enthusiastic candidate with a startup mindset who is willing to join a fast-growing team and opens up wealth of opportunities & learnings in the field of Marketing. This role would be ideal for candidates who are in the early stages of their marketing career looking for exposure in brand building activities , marketing communications & operations.

The Marketing Specialist will be expected to aid to the regular functioning of marketing department by carrying out the regular tasks in line with defined SOPs & managing marketing systems , processes.

In this role, you will also get exposure to all levels of employees, management and external business partners/vendors.

Candidate will also be assigned projects that will involve co-ordination with agencies for in clinic branding , marketing activities, developing creative & communication design and inputs , collateral development, event co-ordination etc.

In this role, you will

• Facilitate Marketing efforts by working closely with the Marketing team, other functions of the company & external partners on a regular basis
• Help in Co-ordination & follow up with Agencies for Professional marketing activities as per defined marketing priorities & initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, follow marketing systems & processes as per defined protocols
• Assists with vendor co-ordination and work closely with sales team to ensure branding at the doctors clinics, orders supply and promotional items as required
• Work effectively with vendors & agencies as partners to develop impactful marketing communications & inputs on regular basis
• Develop and /or initiate the development and production of promotional tools/collaterals. Work in collaboration with the marketing team and take initiatives to conceptualize , formulate and develop new sales support /refine existing tools for campaigns being planned based on the local needs to establish COMPANY superiority .
• Develops and updates various database and reporting systemsto include spreadsheets and reporting formats
• Establishes and maintains filing system for various proposals, budget items, agreements, and other records
• Provides support in complying with internal legal & review processes
• Performs other duties as required

In this role, youll need

• Minimum Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline. M.B. A would be getting more preference
• 3-4 years directly relevant work experience in healthcare company (Pharma or med tech preferred) or a related field
• Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• A team player, able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced growing organization
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence, lead and work with cross functional teams.
• Good knowledge and exposure of Digital platforms and Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Creative with good planning, organizational and analytical skills. Ready to learn and de learn as necessary
