we have opening for PR to PO process ( purchase order to purchase requisition )



salary - 13 k NTH



Responsibilities

  • Check detail in PR for completeness
  • Raise any queries to PR Requisitioned in plant/location
  • Check whether rate contract exists: query with material code and plant
  • Search existing vendors for a PR
  • Create RFQ and transmit to vendor
  • Coordinate between vendor and user to ensure tech queries are clarified and accurate offers are obtained.
  • Arrange technical review with end user and coordinate with vendor for revised offer if any
  • Create Comparative Statement.
  • Execute Reverse Auction event in collaboration with vendor
  • Transmit to PO to vendor after PO release by Location Buyer and subsequent amendment in order as required
  • Escalate issues, deviations and non-compliance to SME & Team Lead
  • Meet SLAs and KPIs related to area of operations
