Job Description

:-

Work frequently with CRM on updating cases and site information-

Answer to inquires of customers over phone and email -

several hours every day-

Perform system maintenance and upgrades remotely and on customer site-

Write technical documents such as ATPs, Installation and configuration manuals, maintenance and upgrade manuals, preventive maintenance procedures-

Test new releases in both MT labs and customer premises-

Open tickets and follow-up for solutions with Mobile Tornado’s 3rd line of support and with 3rd party suppliers of components of the PTT platform-

Investigate and troubleshoot issues and write detailed root cause analysis-

Support the sales team and the customers during pre-sale activities (demonstrations and trials)-

Experience

in preparation of technical documentations-

Extensive experience in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and Visio-

Linux OS administration level, Solaris administration - an advantage-

Windows OS administration level -

an advantage-

Network configuration knowhow (e.g. VLANs, routing); experience with Wireshark -

an advantage-

Experience

with SQL commands (e.g. Oracle DB) -

an advantage-

Extensive knowledge of bash scripting; Perl or Python -

an advantage-

Experience

in installation and configuration of Network Switches (Juniper/Cisco), Load Balancers (F5) and firewalls (Fortinet/Check Point/Juniper) -

an advantage-

Fluent English - writing and speaking-

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills-

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent (ref:hirist.com)
