Job Description:

Dispense medication as stated in doctors prescriptions while ensuring that the medication is labeled with correct drug name, strength, quantity and directions for use.
Check patients medical records before refilling the medicines to avoid any dangerous interactions with medicines/drugs.
Assist patients by informing them about directions to use medicines based on doctor’s prescription.
Provide patients with health monitoring advice, treatment of common ailment and disease states.
Comply with laws governing to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.
Ensure all prescription drugs plus controlled substances are stored securely and safely in pharmacy.
Plan accurate medicines requirements, raise PR, receive all deliveries of medicines, conduct physical check of items received and update it in HMS.
Maintain all pharmacy equipment and ensure that they are in clean state and available for use.
Follow all health and safety regulations when handling and disposing of all pharmaceutical waste.
Prepare an approved drug list for entire unit dose inventories

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Pharmacy

Minimum Experience Level:
3-6 Years
