Looking for Process Engineering/Manufacturing Engineeringin a leading MNC Automobile company.

Designation- Sr.Engineer/ AM/ Deputy Manager

Qualification- B.E (Mechanical) with 4-10 years experience


Job Role :

To handle Manufacturing engineering role and assist the team for regular and future business plans with a mix of technical and administrative mind set.

Process documents readiness in line with IATF 16949 requirements.

  • Follow APQP process and PPAP document preparation with customer specific requirements.
  • Machine programming and troubleshooting in siemens control system.
  • Process designing, Tool and Gauge designing with development at supplier end.
  • New product feasibility study and define input to output requirements with associated risks.
  • Capacity Demand study and plan for capacity improvements by OEE improvements.
  • Process validation and capability plans based on machine and process conditions.
  • Implementation of PY based on customer and internal concerns which will support in PPM reduction.
  • Standard work calculation and database for ME design. 10) Industry 4.0 implementation with digitalisation of manual process.
  • Support in Budget and 5year plan readiness.
