Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Yiion, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and promote our services effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing methods.
Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including product/service brochures, presentations, and website content, to support sales efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using this information to refine marketing strategies.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Sales Forecasting:Analyze sales data and trends to create accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
