Job Profile

In this role, you would be acting as a trainee for the first 4 months. You would be responsible for ensuring that the students who want to join us have a smooth experience from admission to completion of the course. This would involve diverse activities from counseling learners to getting the proper documents from students for the fee payment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • 30-35 Connected calls every day to build relationships and ensure the successful completion of the fee payment by the customers
  • Follow-ups with the learners for the course EMI payments
  • Interacting with learners and external vendors
  • Ensuring learner satisfaction by collecting and communicating the feedback
  • Learner retention

Period of training:

  • 4 months, after which the trainee will be converted to a full-time employee

Stipend During Training: 15,500 per month

CTC After the Training: 4,62,000 (3,42,000 Fixed + 1,20,000 Variable)
