We are currently seeking a Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for engaging with potential customers over the phone. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services and generating leads through effective outbound calling.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team lead or manager.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives if required.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Gather and document customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Proactive and target-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
