Role:
As a member of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud team, you will analyze, develop, troubleshoot and debug issues in the Recruiting Application using Oracle ADF, SOA, Oracle Database and middleware tools and technologies. Work involves the implementation of complex solutions. You will build and execute unit tests and unit test plans and work closely with QA in executing test plans.

Expected Skills & Qualifications:
  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficient in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
  • Experience with SQL performance tuning will be a plus.
  • Experience working with Oracle ADF and SOA is highly desirable.
  • Quick learner with a ’can do’ attitude, willing to take on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with proven success in contributing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working with technical and non-technical peers, as well as management.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Detailed Description and Job Requirement

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
