Eligibility

Qualification: Any graduate or PG preferably MBA

Age: Up to 35 years

Experience : 4 to 6 years ( Education program sales and manpower recruiting experience will be preferred)

Salary Package: 4.5 to 6.0 LPA + incentives and allowances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Team Handling .
  • Recruitment Process under hire, train and deploy module.
  • Connecting with Source of Sourcing officers for bulk hiring. (TPO colleges, training institutes, districts employment exchange offices, job placements agencies and NGOs).
  • Mandatory to travel extensively in the assigned territory for recruitment purpose.
  • Should have good working knowledge of Ms office, emails and other online tasks.
  • Should prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and perform other back office, online documentation works.
  • Owning and working on sourcing targets, achieving, and exceeding them.
  • Should work on tie-up with channel partners .
