ABOUT THE TEAM:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Insurance Services team.
  • Through your creativity and passion for innovation, you will transform how consumers protect their assets while making it easy to do business with RealPage.
  • You will be responsible for assisting the creation of cloud-based services that profoundly improve the living experience of renters while increasing the profitability of owners and operators.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Your work will include analyzing product enhancement opportunities and determining appropriate solutions.
  • The Business Analyst writes design and process requirements while serving as the product expert assisting internal and external clients to maximize the success of RealPage products.
  • Additionally, the Business Analyst manages the product enhancement lifecycle from analysis and design through client acceptance, training, and marketing of the product.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the overall development and documentation of current and future products for the Renters Insurance portfolio
  • Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts
  • Develop high-quality design and requirements documents within a scheduled timeframe with minimal supervision
  • Lead project and business process analysis sessions
  • Organize, participate, and conduct application demonstrations, and other internal or external presentations
  • Assist in identifying solutions to product and/or design problems
  • Report on project status on a weekly basis
  • Contribute to process improvement/efficiency projects
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff
  • Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Strong project management and documentation skills required (writing user-interface design/business requirements) includes excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extract, manage and transform large data sets into meaningful reports (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)
  • Must have the proven ability to communicate complicated subject matter effectively to internal and external management and work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to achieve desired results
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with running SQL queries and data reporting
  • Experience with Agile development and software such as Azure DevOps or JIRA. Product Owner certification is a plus
  • Experience with global teams
  • Bachelors required. CS degree preferred
