Business Development Executive International Market

Title: Business Development Executive

Exp: 2 to 6 yrs

Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 8 pm to 5 am IST

5 days working, Sun-Sat Off, Travel Allowance, Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and out of the box thinking professionals having good exposure and proven record of accomplishments as Business Development & Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the International IT/Tech Industry. As BDE, your KRAs will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for promoting & selling IT Hardware, Software & Services to Small, Medium, Corporates & Enterprises in United States & Canada.
  • Responsible for selling Hardware and Software Solution including Sever, Data Center, Cloud Solutions to Businesses of brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, etc.
  • Cold Calling, Lead generation and Business Generation to meet assigned Sales target consistently.
  • Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch products to them.
  • Proficiently use of search engines, business databases, and other web business directories to identify contacts and leads.
  • Well versed with Lead Generation through various bidding sites & channels
  • Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator & deal closer
  • Creating and Monitoring Sales Pipeline & achieving the assigned Goals & Targets and also producing reports, MIS, documentation & compliance
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in B2B Sales. IT Sales Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Implementation & Rapport Building
  • Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
  • Should be well versed with current technology and its aspects
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
