Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects.
  • Giving Product Demonstrations /Conducting FDPs. /Conducting Training Sessions, Internal and External.
  • Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team on Product Revisions and New Launches.
  • Ensure that the product offered can deliver on the customers’ requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Attend meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
  • Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of/ experience on mathematical tools like Maple /Matlab /Mathematica /Lingo
  • Knowledge of BI tools likeSAS VA /Tableau /Qlik /Power BI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools like SPSS /Crystal Ball / Sigma XL will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SAS /SQL /R /Python is preferred.
  • Excellent Problem Solving, Communication, operation research and Presentation skills.
  • Previous experience of working within a technical pre-sales position
  • Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems exposure.


Qualification:


Master’s Degree in Mathematics
