SaaS Renewals Sales Success Deputy Managerwill be responsible to drive the Team’s success in helping the Field Sales in completing their Renewals on time, through the team of 15 Direct Reportees.
Job Description: (not limited to)
People:
Prepare/Assist in framing the Team business goals, individual goals.
Set priorities for the team, manage day-to day operations and ensure team deliverables are met as per the agreement with stakeholders, with Zero escalations.
Performance Management of team members.
Ensure Team meets deliverables within the deadline on activities related to trainings, compliance courses etc
Prepare and work with team members on their Individual Development Plan.
Have regular career conversations with team members.
Drive and promote a health team work environment.
Process:
Provide deal structure to Team Member/Renewal Lead/Field Sales Team Members to accommodate customer renewal requirement.
SPOC and COE for any backend processes related to SaaS renewal.
Act as a catalyst, driving all internal processes including Finance, Deal Mgnt, Legal, Order Mgnt, Collections etc to ensure Team & Stakeholders get necessary support to complete timely renewal of the instance.
Collect, verify, correct, and analyze input received to measure compliance with internal processes/policies related to renewal of instance.
Report progress of renewal opportunities for the region and report any potential issues proactively.
Drive the renewal lifecycle from opportunity until renewal of instance.
Create and maintain a healthy relationship with internal teams. Ensure frequent catchup meetings are held.
Requirements
:
Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
Attention to detail, ability to collect, organize, and drive conversation will be critical.
Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal, Partners, stake holders.
Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
Preferred - 1 - 2 years of experience in managing SaaS/Cloud subscription renewals.
Mandatory requirement
Proactive mindset. Ability to foresee an issue and be ready to mitigate / avoid it.
Work with minimal guidance/instructions
Excellent excel skills
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization’s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.
Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. BA/BS degree preferred.
