Role Title: CRM MANAGER
Location: Pune
Role purpose
  • Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives
  • Develop collaborative partnerships platforms with our growers/retailers
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
  • Use customer insights and partnering with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan
Business accountabilities
Manager – CRM will be responsible for
  • Creating & driving CRM strategy for the the country & have alignment of the partners
  • Drive the platforms for executing the grower & channel loyalty programs
  • Drive the loyalty initiatives around growers, direct channel partners & non-transactional accounts with divisional teams.
  • Drive adoption of digital initiatives & tools linked to the CRM
  • Monitoring the competitor activity linked to CRM & plan the actions
  • Develop a common calendar & planning of CRM initiatives.
  • Introduce CRM processes and methods where such methods do not currently exist. Upskill relevant teams
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
  • Sales and Marketing principles, particularly around CRM, Channel & Grower management and Marketing communications
  • Understanding of Agri and Rural Marketing concepts and methods
  • Analytical skills to develop the loyalty value proposition & outflow linked to it.
  • Understanding of grower/retailer behaviors
  • Understanding of the advanced excel/other tools to help in analysis.
  • Understanding of the digital systems required to implement the CRM initiatives.
Critical experience
  • Consistent record in Sales, Sales & Marketing Management (minimum 5-7 years)
  • Hands on experience to shape up & drive CRM initiatives (2-3 years)
  • Shown leadership skills and line management experience
  • Consistent track record in being a good teammate and team management skills
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, structure and business drivers
