Our client is a global financial technology and professional services firm who is in search of a potential candidates for their Human Capital team in Gurgaon (WFH till Dec 2021).


Note: Client is preferring Diversity (Female) candidates with the strict range 5-8 years of experience.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations of the business unit/ location.
  • Organizing and conducting engagement events/activities for business unit/ location.
  • Liaise with corporate teams on business related activities/events for business unit/ location.
  • Manage onboarding, separations, ground level issues and Employee queries for the business unit/ location.
  • Coordinating the training needs for the business unit/ location.
  • Manage the HR related applications for the business unit/ location.
  • Liaise with vendors on Benefits and engagement related activities.
  • Liaise with admin / relevant stakeholders for all procurement and other admin related aspects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • MBA / equivalent PG in Human resources
  • 5-8 years of latest experience as HRBP
  • Good with people management.
  • Good with managing day to day operations.
  • Great Executive presence and communication skills.
