Roles and Responsibilities

Exp - 5 to 12 Yrs

- Required CRM-SD consultant who can single-handedly manage the CRM and SD Landscapes with integration to ECC and other systems.

- Expert in middleware, Bdoc monitoring and resolution of issues. Well-versed with SAP-SD functionality and concepts.

- Should be able to work on changes, enhancements and project support using hisher expertise in SAP CRM and SD skills to help the Business users achieve their objectives.

- Translating Business Requirements into solution and should be able to work in team environment.

- Should be able to handle client calls and escalations individually.

- Strong Team management, Administration, Problem solving and Decision-making ability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
