Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for deliverables of MICT TERMINAL & CFS on Terminal / CFS/ End to end solutions / Cargoes.com volume throughput by focusing on end customers sales
  • Responsible for driving the BCO Growth strategy, developing products for creating value and scaling our business
  • Responsible for reengineering supply chain for End customers & provide them integrated supply chain solution
  • Drive sales process, performance management, capability building and have opportunity pipeline to meet immediate and strategic business objectives
  • To develop and implement customer specific solutions engaging stakeholders - internal & External which will retain/attract customers
  • Accountable for overall credit and collections for MICT TERMINAL and CFS
  • Ownership of key relations in the port, Shipping Lines, Custom brokers, trade/transport conferences
  • In depth knowledge sharing of the EXIM industry landscape and clearly understand our competitors across major focus regions, and to be able to tailor solutions to customers based on their requirements.
  • Keep a close watch on competition action in the marketplace and track, record competition volumes / actions in due compliance with governing competition norms and regulations
  • Provide accurate, timely qualitative feedback and forecast business outcomes for planning resources
  • Ownership and development of the Annual Marketing Plan in consultation with the Regional office and the CEO
  • Responsible for Business Development plans and budgets to achieve targets on volume
  • Ownership of all marketing data and responsibility to provide monthly marketing reports on time. Provide insights into performance on weekly reviews
  • Identify projects, business opportunities to grow the DPW portfolio in Mundra / Kutch including Rail, ICD, PFT, Coastal Cargo etc.
