Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities-
  • Vendor Management at warehouse and other related works with third party Manpower. Also Master Data maintenance of contract for Manpower, Tea, Water, Cabs etc.
  • Timely renewal of manpower vendor agreements, payments issues with finance and timely salary disbursement to Associates
  • Need to maintain Contract employees live database. Need to maintainhead count as per business needs at site in the defined budget.
  • Follow-up for ID Card, Training, Dress, Shoes etc. basics required to be followed in DC.
  • Vaccination and other Warehouse initiatives push
  • Need to handle any unforeseen issues at sites like strikes and agitations related IR issues at sites.
  • Need to participate in Manpower issues related meeting with customers.
  • Compliances monitoring and maintenance for CL and vendor employees, uploading required details n documents in customer portal based on requirements.
  • Other Misc. HR & Admn. activity as and when assigned by Head HR
