What you’ll be doing...

The PS Analyst will Work directly with customers, understand business and technical requirements, customer environments and implement security solution Work with project managers to come up with project plan for customer deployments Scope the implementation phases and accomplish a successful deployment. Partner with the UCCaAS Product Management team and Program Manager in aligning solution delivery with the project timelines Follow best-practices in deploying UCCaAS Kurmi solutions

  • Build and enhance UCCaaS solution on Cisco and Microsoft technology. Establish solution sizing, implementation, Lab, COE and on-going support model with detailed project plan.
  • Partner Collaboration: working with partners like Cisco and Genesys to stay abreast of new technologies and solutions.
  • Defines and enforces collaboration standards, templates and tools.
  • Provides services estimates, proposals, and statement of works.
  • Lead implementation for various projects related to UCCaaS within the practice.
  • Supports the team in business development and sales engineering; acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the practice.
  • Coordinates with Architects from other practices to continually improve our delivery methodology and share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Presents Unified Communication topics and solutions to clients, partners as an ongoing steward of the UC business.
  • Previous consulting/professional services experience a strong desire
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written (document and presentation) and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in architecting, designing and implementing advanced Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
  • CCNA Certification.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in technical discipline (B. Tech or MCA).
  • Three or more years of experience architecting, designing and implementing advanced Cisco Unified
  • Communication solutions.
  • A current advanced certification.
  • Experience on any Recording solution ( EX Nice, Calabrio).
  • CCNP Certification.
