ROLE:
The Business Consultant is responsible for strategizing with small businesses by getting to know their business, explaining to them how to effectively use the tax code and save on taxes legally, how, and where those saved dollars can be invested to build wealth. We have hundreds of new customers to reach out to that you will be working with and helping them ascend up our value ladder. Our services are designed to get our customers RESULTS. You will have a high level of autonomy to crush your goals. We have very clear expectations so you will know where you stand at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn our selling methodology and customers (if you think you know everything about sales you probably aren’t a good fit)
  • Understand and adhere to our sales process and presentation
  • Take sales calls with prospects and existing customers and strategize with them about tax savings, accounting, and CFO and wealth management services.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the sales team for training opportunities
  • Learn the strategies we teach our customers regarding client acquisition, ascension, retention
  • Document all interactions with prospects and clients in our CRM in a format that is understandable and visible to all employees
  • Allow the Business Consultant Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available most days from 8:30 am-5:30 pm local time to take calls
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry

RESULTS

  • A close rate of 20% of pitches is maintained
  • All prospects are properly moved in the sales pipeline and information is documented on client details, so customer service staff has proper expectations
  • Sales stats are accurately reported daily by EOD
  • Remain well versed in the latest service offerings through continued education/training
  • All prospect and client interactions are properly documented by EOD

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good over the Phone/Zoom
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Well-equipped in accounting, tax, and finance jargon
  • Self-Directed
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Open to learning new processes in sales
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Business Consultant Manager
  • Bachelors/master’s in commerce, Accounting, Professional qualification is a plus.
