Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer / Medical Head -Digital Health Global Tech Startup.

Job Location:

Delhi (NCR) at our new coming up Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R & D & AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India:

But, Currently and Initially remotely based in Delhi NCR due to COVID-19.

Role & Responsibility:

To work as - Board of Director, Co-founder & Chief Medical Officer- |

Founding Leadership Member with Functional role responsibility to Lead Medical Affairs, Medical Operations & Product Launch Globally in the Top Management Founding Leadership role as a single-handed Mulithat role and as a Clinical- Medical Operation Leader / Growth Driver later to Lead a small to Large Medical Team in Phase by Phase Manner.

To work as a Creator, Growth driver, single Handed doer, Multi Hat role in Medical (Chronic Disease Oncology|Diabetes|Heart|Mental Health| COPD).

A) Medical Affairs :

- Medical R&D & Innovation: Working in collaboration with world’s Top Speciality Research Hospitals for multi-centered R&D Medical R&D & Innovation related to our areas of working, Researching the Core Clinical areas, Clinical Data Researching and analyzing, Clinical Data Development & Innovation in our Core Medical Specialities areas, Clinical Data Development, Clinical Data acquisition & Resourcing from consumer Patients & Hospitals, Validation for the requirement for AI Health & Clinical Data Management.

- AI Health R&D & Innovation: Continuing from Medical R&D and Innovation. Converting the Clinical Data developed after Researching & Validating with AI Health R&D Team for the Clinical Validation, AI Health Solutions developed Treatment Outcomes.

- Medical Domain Expertise: As a Clinical Think-Tank you must develop rich Clinical Knowledge in Chronic diseases of Oncology| Diabetes| Heart Disease | COPD | Mental Health | Patient Care | Public Health & COVID-19 right from Prevention to Screening, Early Warning, Early Detection, Consultation, Treatment, Prognosis, Diagnosis to complete Disease Management & Control.

Later on to Manage a small to Large Team of Medical Domain Expertise.

B) Medical Operations:

Managing a small to Large Medical Operation Team consist of Physicians, Nurses-Paramedical Staff & Medical operation Professionals for smooth Business Operations in India & Globally in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C Models in the expansion of the team in Phase by Phase Manner.

C) Product Launch / Presales-Marketing:

- KOL Management.

- Medical Operations

- Medical Education & Training to New Customers( Doctors, Medical Team, Hospitals etc) & to our Internal & external Medical Team, Product Management, Marketing & BD Team.

- Product portfolio prioritization & management

- Networking & Collaboration with all stakeholders as a Growth Driver to Fast grow Business in 360-degree areas of our Business development.

- Talent Management.

- Presentation & Pitch to top-line doctors & Key Decision Makers, create lead and convert a lead into a solid business through coordinating with our Business Development Team.

- He /She must be the first doer and direct performer and high achiever go-getter at limited resources and has direct good convertible business contacts & Relations with the top Oncology doctors /Onco surgeons in Cancer Hospitals for Innovative Technology New Product launching direct dealing in India & Globally with top-rated Corporate Hospitals and research Institutes (In the areas of Cancer|Heart |Mental Health | COPD| Diabetes).

- Good at Product Launch, Clinical Product Presentation in Seminars/conferences and CME/workshops, Pitch to top-line doctors & other stakeholders, convert a lead into a solid business.

- The Role may change, Redesignated at any time depending upon work Priority, your performance & Your commitment delivery, and organization requirement.

4) Qualification:

- Essentially at least MBBS and Preferably with DNB / MD / MS from a reputed University.

- MBA need not apply.

- with MBBS / BDS, MBA Qualified can apply for our Business development separate Role Position.

5) Experience:

- 5-14 Years in core specialty Medical Practice in Private Speciality Clinic or working or worked in a reputed Private Hospital preferably in a large Cancer Hospital, Medical Product ( Digital or Physical Products ), Medical Services, Solutions Launch Experience in MNC in Healthcare, early-stage Digital Health startups & AI Health Startups.

- Mandatory to be an Healthentrepreneur & should have worked/working in a HealthTech / Healthcare organization of repute Primarily in a Seed stage Digital Health Startup or early-stage Digital Health Startup and optionally in a Growth stage Digital Health / Health Startup / Indian big company / fast-growing MNC in HealthTech / Healthcare.
