Roles and Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or a new way to reaching existing markets,

Meeting with client/customers face to face or over the phone

Forecast and develop relationship customer/client

Understand the need of your customer and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these,

Provide strategic advice to reporting manager to meet organizational budgeting and approval process

Work with the reporting manager to develop and implement in the international markets plan

Carry out business development activities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets

Develop and implements customer relationship programs including distributor training customer contact/communication plans, and inquiry management and create & Manage follow up system

Develop international network and cluster as appropriate including relevant government agencies overseas agents, trade development agencies, tertiary and secondary international markets, local authorities and community, and business groups relating to international business,

Monitoring and report monthly to reporting manager and performance against agreed targets by preparing regular reports on key sales metrics and KPIs
