We are looking for
Designation -Operation Manager
Location- Ghaziabad

Job Description
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of all administrative hospital procedures from creating work schedules and communicating with doctors to budgeting and maintaining supplies stock. You will use your organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. He/she will be responsible for making sure the hospital operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Work on profit and loss of the hospital

Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives

Supervise daily administrative operations
Create quarterly and annual budgets
Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
Prepare work schedules
Maintain organized medical and employee records
Monitor administrative staffs performance
Train new employees
Strict Implementation of Code of Conduct for employees to instill discipline and enhance productivity.
Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
Resolve queries of Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Staffs and other hospital Staffs
Resolve potential issues with patients
Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations

Requirements


1. Good exposure in operations & Profit & Loss responsibility and management

2. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
3. Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
4. Familiarity with medical transcription
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to supervise and train team members
7. Problem-solving attitude
8. Strong organization skills
