Responsibilities
  • New Sales Calls - Corporates/Key Accounts/Enterprise.
  • Business Development - New Territories, Recruitment & Training of Sales Resources.
  • Managing Existing Customers - Service, Complaints, Sales & Support.
  • Payment Collections for Outstanding Accounts.
  • Direct Sales to Retailers/Outlets/Major Groups/Chain Stores.
  • Reports to be submitted in office (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
  • Regular visits to all customers.
  • Prospects and cold-calls on businesses and organizations.
  • Regular follows up on inbound leads and sales enquiries.
  • Business Management of Assigned Territory.
  • Individual Contributor.
  • Target Achievement (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual).
  • New Accounts & Revenue Generation.
  • Lead Generation & Strong Follow Up.
  • Travelling to other cities.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate (Minimum).
  • Experience Good Exposure into Field Sales & Direct Marketing, Key Accounts Management/Enterprise Sale/Corporate Sales 3 years & above (Customer Facing Role Important).
  • Polished personality with knowledge of local language & English.
  • Hard Working, Dedicated and Punctual.
  • Ability to generate business individually.
  • Smart, analytical & ready to push and crunch numbers.
  • Ability to travel outstation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
