Selection Process -2 rounds of telephonic interview

Round 1: Interview with one of our sales superstars

Round 2:Interview with the Sales Director.

Note:Post-training period candidates may be offered the role of either Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager depending on the performance during one month training period


Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiating communication with parents whose kids have completed demo classes with Bright CHAMPS
  • Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like over phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, etc
  • Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example)
  • Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment

Required skillsets:

  • Someone with exceptional communication skills, adept at striking conversations & building rapports, essentially someone who can charm their way through the pitch
  • Result-driven go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Highly ambitious individual who rises up to challenging targets.
  • Quick learner who can understand the product in & out within a couple of days
