Position Overview:

Responsible for studying – structuring - analyzing data and preparing structured reports / information for management review. Prepare base report structures, help automate data computing opportunities to improve productivity – support reports processing for Demand Planning, Service, S&OP processes. Identify improvements to the reports / productivity.

Major Responsibilities:

Below details the key result areas and key tasks:

  • Work closely with Global/Regional/Local functions to enable addressing business needs through dashboard development / query resolution
  • Provide Business insights linking the key performance parameters.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to share risks / opportunities through improved diagnostics and prescriptive analytics

Corporate Ethics & Standards:

  • Contribute to the achievement of health & safety goals. Manage business within Credo and ethical standards
  • Actively support corporate policy and ethics leading by example Develop an external connect with Educational institutes & other potential partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications And Key Competencies:

Education: Masters Degree in Management / Graduate with relevant experience

Professional Experience:

  • 1-3 years business experience – preferred Analytics experience. Understanding of Demand & Supply Planning.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, good attention to details.
  • Stakeholder management, Executive messaging.
  • Ability to work in teams with varied functional/technical knowledge
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong “hands-on” MS Office related skills – esp Excel & power-point.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Tableau
  • Knowledge of R/ Python, Supply Chain preferable
  • Ability to follow through on committed tasks; bring structure to abstract concepts. High degree of self-management, drive and self-motivation personal organization skills.
