Education Qualifications: Responsibilities:

Understand the client requirements and translate the requirements into website specific solution design specifications.
Regular communication with the Project Manager and giving regular updates about the projects.
Candidate must be user- friendly with all team members and able to maintain a friendly environment.
Perform all the research about the themes, plugins as per the client s requirements.
Creation of clean, logical, well- documented and re- usable code.
Perform all the requirements necessary to support and optimize the website.
Ability to work well individually or in a group setting, and under pressure and time constraints.
Ability to develop well designed structured landing pages and web- based application design by understanding the proper flow.
Optimize pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Strong understanding of cross- browser cross- device compatibility issues and ways to work around them with the help of the latest tools.
Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration.
Communicate continually with the client and project teams and explains progress on the development effort.
Must closely work with the Front end developers to deliver effective and user- friendly applications.
Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to a user interface or new technologies.
Collaborate with other team members.

Candidate Profile:

Experienced in WordPress CMS and able to convert the design mock-up into the WordPress structure with the compatibility of the plugins.
Experienced in the customization of the plugin as per the requirements and plugin development will be an added advantage.
Optimized the websites in terms of loading speed and Google Pagespeed.
Experienced in the core PHP technology with one of the frameworks like Codeigniter / Laravel / Yii.
Experienced in Database technologies like SQL, MySQL, etc.
Good knowledge of Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
Experience in one of the versioning control tools like GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, etc.
Knowledge of the server environment like windows, Linux, etc for deploying the websites and application and knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of the integration of APIs will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of open-source terminal emulators like Putty, Bitwise client, Git, etc. will be an added advantage.
Must have the skills to test websites and applications to meet the client s needs.
Understand the client requirements and convert them into web-specific solutions.
Must be a team leader and able to handle the projects with the help of available resources.
