Human Resources Services Specialist

Under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager, assist with the implementation and ongoing support of the SuccessFactors suite of these modules including testing, training and support of Asia Pacific and Europe HR teams, managers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Has a lead role in implementation and support of global Onboarding/Offboarding and Succession & Development.
  • Cross trains with other HR Services Specialists to assist with ongoing support of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning and Recruiting, providing backup and involvement with ongoing enhancements to these modules as needed.
  • Completes semi-annual release testing, set up and testing of new features and system functionality.
  • Responsible for regional (Asia Pacific and Europe) end user training and support.
  • Develops training materials and job aids for new functionality and update existing documentation as changes occur with the new releases.


Required Education

Experience : 2-3 years of experience supporting a cloud HCM solution (ideal candidate will have experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as the Talent Management modules)
Qualification: 16 years of education - fields of Human Resources/IT/Business/related areas (B.E/B.TECH/MCA/MSC...)


Skills and Capabilities

Must have demonstrated knowledge of a cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have SuccessFactors HXM experience, including Employee Central and Talent Management modules.

Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have demonstrated proficiency with written English.

Must demonstrate close attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work

Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned

Work without close supervision - Demonstrates initiative and must be proactive

Display accuracy in work products

Ability to adapt to quickly changing deadlines and priorities.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied work hours


Responsibilities

Responsible for processing confidential employee information and for maintaining employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Prepares and/or supervises the production of statistical summaries and special reports from the HRIS involving employee skills, pay grades and performance data, payroll information or other employee information. May assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.

Qualifications

Experienced. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; performing all duties of assigned role, but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Impact of work is primarily within own division or site.
