SAP FICO Systems Analyst


The SAP FICO Systems Analyst is expected to handle work independently and when needed to guide the junior members on solutions and help the team to scale up. Should be good in all the areas of FI & CO, Data Migration Activities. Apart from these, we need a person to have experience in both support and implementation with good technical understanding of the FI+CO+ GST areas and functional understanding of the processes. The Systems Analyst should have leadership skills to participate in business discussions, drive the projects, takes ownership to design & deliver end to end solutions.

  • Indian GST process with hands-on experience to configure and postings of IGST, CGST, SGST, Input tax credit and reporting.
  • Good knowledge in Indian Taxation process


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Should have good experience in SAP FI/CO module with all sub-modules
  • Should have worked in end-to-end implementation, support, data migration and roll out projects with all phases of design, build, test and Implementation
  • Implementation experience in new GL with document splitting & Parallel Ledger setup, Asset Accounting, Taxation, COPA and Product Costing
  • Should have WBS experience under Controlling
  • Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as Master & Transaction Data
  • Experience in FI/MM, FI/SD integration
  • Have worked on upload tools like LSMW, BDC and RICEFW objects
  • ABAP Debugging knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and Team managing skills.
  • Experience in supporting US, Europe and other geographies is required
  • Knowledge in other areas such as FSCM, Simple finance (S/4 Hana) are an additional advantage
  • Additional skills like Treasury, Risk Management, Forex are welcome


Responsibilities:

  • Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas
  • Plans and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks
  • Participates in business workshops to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, Design, configure, Test Solutions
  • Coordinates with all stakeholders to drive from end-to-end, bring value delivery, provide day-to-day support/troubleshooting issues
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and provides solutions
  • Proactively asks /challenges the ambiguity, adaptable, flexible for business requirement.

  • Master’s Degree - MBA Finance/ICWA/CA
  • 16 years education Is mandatory
  • 5-7 years’ experience in SAP FICO Role is required
