Within Oracle Advertising, Moat is a brand intelligence and SaaS analytics solution focused on transforming digital advertising with four products: Moat Analytics, Moat Reach, Moat Outcomes, and Moat Pro. Moat Analytics is a proprietary solution which enables the collection of signals and metrics to better understand ad effectiveness, engagement, and overall consumer attention. Moat Pro is an industry wide real-time search solution providing insights across brands, publishers, and the ad tech landscape. Moat Outcomes connects attention signals to offline outcomes. Moat Reach connects attention signals to audience and demographic reporting.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Support Analysts, Insight Analysts, Mid-Market Account Managers and Team Leads supporting our global Measurement SaaS business.

Navigate client escalations with a highly experienced level of client-facing communication skills and product expertise.

Lead internal team meetings as well as 1-on-1’s with the individual contributors, and foster career growth for each individual.

Manage best practices both internally and customer-facing that increase productivity and revenue retention.

Communicate with internal stakeholders and leadership to improve overall customer experience.

Liaise with leadership partners based in UK and US on feedback, stakeholder management, and tracking KPIs.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS or ad tech industry.

15+ year managing a team of individual contributors responsible for revenue retention and upsells.

Experience working as a partner with C-level executives.

Knowledge Jira or other task management systems.

Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Positive outlook, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and strong internal drive.

Experience in the digital advertising industry preferable

Manages teams supporting and/or implementing multi-functional and/or multi-location projects and/or systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria. Develops and manages an effective risk mitigation strategy for the project(s).

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Successful track record as a manager. Detailed knowledge of technical and business concepts of a number of related applications areas. BA/BS degree preferred.
