Job Responsibilities -:

  • Conceptualise & Anchor all engagement activities like conducting one-one session, skip level meetings, employee satisfaction survey, rewards & recognition, townhalls, Rendezvous with CEO, fundoo fridays and other engagement activities
  • Assess Training needs, preparing & implementing training calendar
  • Implement and run organisation productivity improvements programs.
  • Create new HR policies and update existing ones
  • Drive the Performance Management process end to end.
  • Hiring of Key Talents as needed
  • Providing payroll inputs (incentives, performance bonus, Leaves, full and final, loyalty, referrals)
  • Maintenance and Regular updating of employee data on HRMS
  • Ensuring that there is no default on any HR Legal Compliance
  • Monitor and Issuing the confirmation letters to the employees

Candidate will need to do -:

  • Have demonstrated people management skills from previous roles
  • Ability to run coaching and motivation programs to groom a young team to draw their potential
  • Ability to assess current skill gaps and recommend clearly thought through interventions to bridge the same.
  • Help create a dynamic learning driven and knowledge sharing environment by bringing best practices to reward and recognise talent through sustainable program implementations.
  • Develop innovative performance management programs which shall lead to a fast learning global organisation.
  • Have superior analytical and writing skills, be a proactive communicator, and possess a keen eye for detail
  • Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong people communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Possess unique Hiring skills to quickly identify and recruit talent on demand.
  • Knowledge of existing laws which impact payroll and employees through previous experience in running the same.
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, Email, collaboration and Learning tools.

Educational Background: MBA- Human Resources (Full time)
