We have a position an open with one of our global client for Assistant Manager- Finance role.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand Financial requirements of executed MSA for assigned client and exercise commercial governance to minimize exposure.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly forecast, to provide accurate YTD and Forecast Outlook.
  • Participate in annual Budget exercise as well as monthly forecasts, from data collection & analysis to eventual loading of data to business planning tool.
  • Maintain overall Financial Health for respective Clients P&L, including but not limited to:
  • AR Review
  • Balance Sheet Review
  • Coordination of 3rd Party Spent Reconciliation
  • Reports extraction & preparation
  • Variance Analysis & Commentaries
  • To assist on compiling the analysis and delivery of monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, variance reports, client reports in a timely and accurate manner for the respective business line.
  • To assist with month-end related work for the respective client.
  • To assist with client related financial matters, forecasts, managing billings, receivables, ad hoc queries and contract interpretation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Min 4- 5 years of working experience.
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
  • Some exposure to AR, AP, Budgeting, Forecasting, Monthly closing, Variance Analysis, Vendor Negotiation & management.
  • Attention to detail, organized and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to effectively interact with multiple parties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
