Job Description

Major Responsibilities
  • Customer complaint and warranty handling & technical support. Lead the quality functions.
  • Analyze the defect & implement Corrective & Preventive actions for defects found at customer end & In house.- Process quality
  • Lead Joint Inspection activity with MSIL / SMG for New Development Parts.
  • PFMEA review, defect matrix to prevent non conforming parts production.
  • PPAP Preparation & submission for new developments.
  • Lead team in Systematic way, root cause analysis for In Process/ customer complaints / in-house problems.
Required Skills
  • Experience in O.E. Customer handling. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing including Incoming, Process quality.
  • Knowledge of PPAP process & phases of new product development.
  • Detailed exposure in statistical process control methods - Cp, Cpk, MSA, Control charts.
  • Good knowledge of 8D & other problem solving techniques.
  • Certified Internal auditor of TS
  • B.O.S. monitoring & action plan for key initiatives.
Required Experience

Candidate with 07~10 Years experience in Customer Handling in auto Component Company

B.E. in Mech. Engg.
