Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day Administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and staffing.

Role & Responsibility of the Position

1 To monitor the training and development programs for all employees as and when conducted at the plant.

2 Manpower planning for new project as well as running project or expansion plant.

3 Performance appraisal, Kaizen scheme, reward and recognition and employee engagement activities.

4 Recruitment policies for fresh candidate and expertise in various fields and full fill the requirement of the plant.

5 Policy improvements for motivating and retaining employees.

6 To maintain harmonious relations between employer and employees, so that company can achieve the set goals.

7 Handling of employee day to day grievances.

8 Handling of day to day Union matters and daily meeting with union people

9 Handling of company’s legal matters and day to day correspondence legal and statutory bodies.

Basic Qualification

1 MBA, MHRM, LLB, Diploma in Labor law, MSW
