He will lead and control all the plant Direct Material Purchasing activities for Federal-Mogul Goetze India Ltd, Patiala. This includes the direct material (Raw material & Components), Job Work Purchases and act as subject matter expert. He has to handle direct materials like Aluminum, Pin Steel, Nickel, Copper, Silicon, Aluminum Alloys, Magnesium, Ferro Alloys etc. Machined Components & various coating process.He should be well versed with the costing of components & supply chain of steel mills.work on improving the supply base, spend management, single source risk mitigation and cash flow improvement, Lead the localization activities, supplier negotiations and material management.Good knowledge of ISO TS 16949 Systems and Supplier development activities.
