JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for proposing various policies on fee structures, late fee and on other core issues.

Developing MIS reports showing trends on various heads of income (month to month and year to year basis) with graphical presentation. Periodic presentation of reports/core issues before the Management with appropriate remedies.

Overviewing development of systems & procedures, suggestions on ERP upgradations/updations in Fee, hostel, Transport & other charges charged from students etc.

Co-ordination between Fee department, Admissions department & Accounts for timely updation of fee records and its reconciliation with accounts.

Lead the team in resolution of day-to-day issues pertaining to revenue of various stake holders in co-ordination with all concerned.

Periodic Review of pre-audit queries/audit reports suggesting ways and means to overcome these in future. Co-ordinate meetings between fee department, Internal Auditor and IT department for its redressal.

Responsible to bring overall efficiencies in the systems for the organization.

Qualification :CA-Inter/MFC/MBA- Finance is Preferrable

Experience: 5- 10 years Experience
